Who we are
ClearScaler, based in Málaga, Spain. For anything about your data, email magnus@clearscaler.com.
What the forms collect
Free distribution plan (/gtm-plan)
Your work email, name, company and website; what you sell and who you sell to; what is not working, picked from a list, and an optional note. Email, name, company and who you sell to are required, and what you sell unless you give a website. When you finish the first step, your email, name, company and website are saved, so a plan you started is not lost. Your time zone is sent too, only to work out the day the plan is due; it is not stored. When you send the request we may email you a short receipt.
Fit questions on our industry pages (/for/…)
Your answers to four questions, your work email, then your name and company, and optionally a phone or WhatsApp number. Your email and the answers so far are saved as soon as you give the email, before the last step, so we can reply if you stop part way.
With both forms
Where your visit came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), an ad click id if there was one (gclid, fbclid, li_fat_id), the page you landed on and the site that referred you.
Where it goes
A form is sent to our own server function on Vercel, which passes it to up to three places:
- our CRM at crm.clearscaler.com, where we follow up;
- an email to us, sent through Resend;
- a database record, stored in Supabase.
Details saved before you finish a form go only to the database record.
We use it to send what you asked for, arrange a call and follow up. How long each record is kept is being confirmed and will be added here.
Booking a call
The calendar on /book is our CRM’s booking page, shown in a frame from crm.clearscaler.com. What you enter there goes to our CRM. If the page link carried campaign tags or an intent, they are passed to the calendar too, and so are the name, email and company you already gave in the fit questions, so it does not ask again.
Email and WhatsApp
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send and reply from there.
Analytics and company identification
- PostHog analytics, processed by PostHog, EU cloud (eu.i.posthog.com): which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are used, the options you pick in the forms (not what you type in them) and the time of a booked call. Until you accept, nothing is kept on your device. After you accept, a random ID is kept in cookies and local storage.
- Leadfeeder company identification (sc.lfeeder.com): matches the visit’s IP address to the company it belongs to. It loads only after you accept.

Services that handle requests
- Vercel hosts this site and runs the form functions.
- Contentful serves the blog: articles can be requested from cdn.contentful.com and their images load from images.ctfassets.net.
- Fonts are served from this site, not from a font service.
